Basically, what I am wanting to do is link to a form on another website so when the user on mine sumits the values, they are passed to the other website, processed and then either displayed or hopefully passed back to my website.

Has anyone done anything like this before?

My plan is to integrate my website with kayak.co.uk (a flights website that searched loads of companies).

If anyone knows anything of this or where I could ask instead I would be very grateful since im a bit lost atm!!

cheers

The first thing you'll need to do is talk to Kayak about your plans. Personally I don't think they would like the idea due to the way they depend on their funding:

<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->
Kayak makes money when travellers click on our advertisements. Plus, we make money when they click on the results from travel suppliers like airlines, hotels and car rental companies. This is a revenue model (for all of you MBAs) similar to that of Google and Yahoo. Advertisers love the clicks because Kayak traffic is far more qualified than generic search engines.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

But then again I could be completely wrong, you might be a source of further revenue for them depending on how things are configured or agreed at the end of the day. Have a chat with them.
Just be a nutter... life becomes much more exciting, and people won't expect anything more of you...

The how to would require information form them on how to integrate. Chances are they would setup an afiliate type system where you would parse a link with values to the visitor that would take them to a Kayak page which would then take those values and process accordingly. Very common actually.
