I fell for it TalkTalk free broadband.
On Thursday they were meant to transfer me from my current ISP to them.
Since 18:00 on Thursday I've had no land line but I can still connect to my old ISP.
Anyone who calls my land line is connected to random numbers in the Leyland/Chorley area.
2 hours on hold to their "Customer Service " line to be told they will log the fault and it will be repaired in the next 4 weeks.
Why did I fall for it?????

Just noticed that an email I sent to the Guardian about this very topic was published today.
