Miracast

Anyone here use Miracast type kit? I thought about it in the past but heard a lot of stories of it being laggy. I'd be surprised if that is still the case. So, if you do, what kit/setup are you using?

You've probably heard the likes of Chromecast, etc? Wirelessly sends video to your TV, but it's in very early days at the moment, still a little clunky, and laggy from what I've read.Dangerous Bob wrote: Had to google Miracast.....

It's been on TV? I never watch TV ad's. Really annoys the missus because I start hopping, and by the time we get back to the program we were watching we've missed a bit. On saying that, a good soundtrack might make me linger, such as that song covered by what's-her-name Boynton, "One Room Paradise".Dangerous Bob wrote: seen the adverts. Man with tablet calls 'Mayday' etc...
