I basiaclly have this already. Got a 45Gb cap for peak usage, 330Gb cap off peak on an office adsl product through entanet.

I get a 3Mbps connetion down due to distance from the exchange, and instead of the regular 448 kbps I get 832 kbps upload as listed here: adsl24.co.uk

Peak is 8am to 10pm for Home products and 8am to 8pm for Office products whereas Off-peak is 10pm to 8am for Home and 8pm to 8am for Office. All weekend is classed as Off-peak too.

Personally find the faster upload which doesn't seem to scale down with the distance from the exchange (I get max upload) really helpful in keeping my torrent ratio up.

Although I'd move to Be if they offered their LLU service here ;)

I just switched to Entanet, found them to be quite good which is a big improvement over crappy Demon.
