Omega Drivers For Nvidia Cards

I have just put my old 6800GT in to my dads Dell, now I was wanting to know if the Omega Drivers will give a better result than the Nvidia Drivers for that card.

They will give better image quality & maybe faster FPS. I used them on my 6800GT.

Using ATI's drivers now, just been lazy about trying the new Omega ATI's.

Bloody stupid Dell keeps restarting then I try and install them
