Anyone Good At Javascript?

I'm wanted to use a tumbnail veiwer for my website project for uni and have found one here:

basically you just hover over the image and it displays it in the specific area, but I would like to edit it slightly so that you can load an image into the area by default.

can anyone help?

got it sorted now boys, was a n00bie mistake!
