Not into football much anyway, but am happy to go along with the flag waving if we ever gat into an international comp in whatever sport.

But I really object to being told that I really ought to be watching a supporting Poland or whatever....

FO.

Blooming TV companies getting miffed that they've spent millions covering an event that no-ones interested in tbh.

Don't even know why their showing it on most channels tbh, please the minority of the country as usual.

im a big fotoball fan and usually watch most games that are on. saying that i wouldnt be interested in this comp at all if it wasnt for having a fantasy football team. Just addsa competative edge to it!

How can anyone not say they didn't enjoy watching Holland beat Italy AND the French ??????????

..........and tell me who doesn't like to see Germany get rattled and lose in a major competition

I'm up for the Dutch winning, they're playing some cracking footy without the cynical side too (tho' I'm not a big Robben fan... he can dive better than Ronnie

I'm with Turts on this one, granted the enthusiasm for the competition isn't as great due to our ommision, but the fact I have Portugal in the works sweep for a booty of Â£100 & that we can watch in comfort whilst Germany, France et al have to suffer what we do every time we do qualify is enough to keep me watching.

Never really enjoy watching Footie of the TV and the first few games were dire....well the few minutes I could be bothered to watch...THEN...Holland v Italy....one of the best games I have ever seen. Italy were really good yet they got tonked by a brilliant Holland. And since then there have been some quality games. Really enjoying it all. However we are moving into the final stages of the groups and that can make things less interesting with "dead" games and ones so crucial they dont take risks.

Personally football is just a boring waste of broadcasting time imo so when there is a bunch of foreign jonnies adding to the crap broadcasting that there is now you seem to have a choice between big brother and football, I'd rather slit my wrists that be forced to watch either tbh.
