Just found out that google offer a free blog service.

Can't think of anything more boring than reading some random ramblings that I scrawl.

Had a quick look, as the whole subject of "Blogs" baffles me. Modern equivalent of going down the pub and having to listen to the "pub bore" I guess? With respect of course, Bob

I certainly dont see why they are so popular, but then again I guess it must be me, as I always seem to be the "only soldier in step"

. e.g. I am pro europe, think this government is no worse than any other, believe George Bush is clever, like speed cameras, think taxes are necessary, love Britain, dont want to emigrate, like winter, hate the heat, dont eat meat, am a 52 year old that likes comupter gaming, motorbikes and Opera.

......Hold on this is just like a Blog

Bit like reading someones diary I suppose, or even maybe appeals to thew same sort of person who likes soaps......

I can see a reason behind some, as a sort of newsletter, mine might turn into something to let my coastguards know what's going on in the rest of their patch.
Not exactly going to appeal to a wide audience but it's the dedication it'll take to keep it current.

We'll see. At present it's just a bit of a perusing/ranting/drunken waffling page.

Just like here really.....
