I think they decided that there wasnt going to be any "E" versions in the end so you may find it has a browser anyway

Initially there was going to be an "E" version which didnt have a browser as part of some EU directive.
But I think that got shelved

Works a treat, I use it everyday at work with Windows 7 Professional, handy that you also get to use a free VM of XP Professional too.
You should be able to use Vista drivers if 7 doesnt install some of your hardware
Ive not installed any Dell drivers on my laptop yet and the windows 7 driver for my intel wireless nic just works brilliantly
