<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->Hello,
Great news. We’ve recently upgraded your broadband and phone line to our new network, with faster broadband speeds.
Go faster with your BT Broadband service
Before the upgrade, we estimated your speed at 5.2Mb. Following this upgrade, your speed has increased to 7.7Mb, the fastest speed your line can support. You may have already noticed that you can upload, download and surf the internet even faster than before – at no extra cost. And we’ll keep checking your line to make sure we always give you the best speed we can.
How fast can you go?
Try our BT Broadband Accelerator
The BT Broadband Accelerator is a gadget that you can set up yourself to help reduce interference and increase your broadband speed. It normally costs £9.98 but as a BT Total Broadband customer, you can get one for just £1.20 postage (one per household). Although we can’t guarantee your broadband speed will get faster after fitting a BT Broadband Accelerator, the typical speed increase is up to 1.5Mb.

Thanks for choosing BT.

I was actually getting about 6.5Mb before and a few tests last night showed an average of 13Mb
Does this mean I'm on their 'up to 20Mb' service now?
Also, Anyone else got an 'accelerator'? For an extra 1.54Mb I wouldn't have bothered spending the tenner, but as it's free, worth it?
