Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has a fifth multiplayer map waiting for you! To unlock it, perform 69 million collective team actions on your platform.

This remastered version of the map Operation Hastings unlocks as soon as your platform reaches 69 million combined team actions. Every team action made from the launch of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnamn counts. Make sure you contribute from day one to unlock Operation Hastings as quickly as possible!
So what's a team action? Well, it's any and all of these:

* > Resupply
* > Revive
* > Heal
* > Spot
* > Repair

We start counting on December 22nd, so make sure you contribute from the start!

Now over 58 million for the PC

The PS3 and XBox360 only have 53 million combined

Perhaps developers should take note:- Don't make games for consoles and port them to PC, do it the other way round

Wow, interesting stats there Eagle... I thought it may have been the other way around considering the way the PC market is being treated.

Sadly, those figures also show that the PC market is quite congenial to Console ports....

Ah well, it's still an awesome game despite being a port.

Many remember the Operation Hastings map? Maybe this will jog some memories...

Hopefully the new one will be just as big.

Operation Hastings is now live!

Your server will automatically be restarted to enable the new command line that unlocks this map.

You will need to update your maplist:

CONQUEST levels/nam_mp_007cq
RUSH levels/nam_mp_007r
SQRUSH levels/nam_mp_007sr
SQDM levels/nam_mp_007sdm

The conquest maps for BC2:V are awesome, and Hastings was always a popular and favourite map.

I think you'll need to try the conquest mode version as that "should" be closer to the original.

Once I've got procon updated I'll run mixed mode
