Looking for something to stop a 10 year old surfing websites that she shouldnt be looking at.

Setup the missus' sisters new Laptop, setup MSN and shes got 43 new emails, all from dating direct, apparently shes 21 and 6'1, needless to say she shouldnt reall be on this kinda thing..

Suggestions..

I'd say take the internet off her but her mum thinks that its her friends and refuses to believe its her...
