:lol: I bet the BBC already pay a per megabyte charge for the content streamed from their servers. So in theory their already paying the additional usage.

ISP's want it all their own way and I think the general consent is moving against ISP's doing whatever they feel like while branding their products as unlimited.

I notice it's Tiscali moaning their service is supposed to be pretty dire anyway as they try to charge the least so I'd imagine their bottom line has been really squeezed if the amount of network traffic has shifted up a gear.

Just shows that Fibre to all homes isn't such a far off event imo.
